Ph3Overview /h3pExperteer OverviewAs Delivery Manager - Synthetics at GCAP HQ, you own the end-to-end delivery and evolution of the Synthetics Product Line, including Virtual Platform, Synthetic Environment, and Simulation Framework. You drive cross-domain integration, validation, and certification support, working with partners to accelerate enterprise solutions. You’ll shape roadmaps, ensure quality, and enable interoperability across tools and hardware, contributing to digital thread and evidence-based assurance. This role combines engineering leadership with program delivery in a dynamic defense and aerospace context. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn delivery and lifecycle management of Synthetics products and services (Virtual Platform, Synthetic Environment, Simulation Framework, etc.) /liliTranslate business and engineering needs into roadmaps and prioritized backlogs /liliDefine and enforce processes, data models, and governance for Synthetics /liliEnsure on-time delivery within scope, budget, and quality targets /liliManage upgrades, obsolescence, and deployment across toolchains and environments /liliCoordinate delivery across internal teams, partners, suppliers, and enabling functions with clear ownership /liliMonitor performance, fidelity, risk, and capacity for campaigns and milestones /liliDrive continuous improvement, incident resolution, and service reliability /liliFoster interoperability across tools and simulator hardware aligned to digital thread principles /liliEngage with vendors, system integrators, and cloud/infrastructure providers; support contract and SLA management /liliLead technical change to embed digital thread ways of working and training materials /liliEnsure regulatory, safety, quality, and audit traceability from models to certification evidence /liliMaintain configuration management and release governance for models, interfaces, and software /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 5 years in a similar defense or aerospace role (modeling/simulation or synthetic environments) /liliDegree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline /liliService Management certification or experience (e.g., ITIL) /liliProject or programme management qualification (e.g., APM, Prince2) or demonstrable delivery experience /liliHands-on knowledge of modeling and simulation, virtual platforms, distributed simulation, HIL/SIL/MIL /liliProven track record delivering MS solutions in multi-partner environments /liliStrong grasp of engineering processes, data governance, and digital thread principles /liliExperience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders /liliAbility to manage competing priorities across domains /liliStrong communication and stakeholder engagement for technical and non-technical audiences /liliExperience with waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery models /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
