Your tasks:
- Lead and develop the team of our Italian subsidiary Bauder S.r.l. (6 people)
- Develop and implement Bauder’s growth and market positioning strategy in Italy, in close cooperation with our headquarters in Germany
- Analyse and optimize sales, marketing, logistics, accounting, and order management processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Translate company goals into tangible results, driving sustainable and innovative business growth

Your profile:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
- 5–10 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials sector
- Proven team management experience with a respectful, motivating, and people-oriented leadership style
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, results-driven, and attentive to detail
- Excellent communication skills and strategic vision
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of processes and strategies
- Excellent English and Italian skills; German language skills would be a plus
