In this role you support customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle, acting as the main interface for after-sales activities.
You coordinate information flow between customers and internal teams, helping select spare parts and services, and providing on-board technical support when needed.
You manage quotes, orders, and service requests through ERP and document systems, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
You contribute to growing the after-sales area and strengthening customer relationships.

Understand and translate customer technical issues for internal teams
Coordinate information flow between customers, internal departments and production
Assist customers in selecting suitable spare parts and services
Provide technical support and on-board ship interventions when required
Receive and process requests for quotations and manage technical-commercial negotiations
Verify orders and issue confirmations via ERP and document management systems
Monitor service requests through to shipment, invoicing and collection
Track deadlines and follow up on delays with involved parties
Prepare technical/intervention reports to support xlwpduy after-sales activities
Support development of after-sales area and foster new and existing commercial relationships
Responsabilità
Bachelor's degree and/or technical diploma
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
Good knowledge of English (B2)
Willingness to travel *****% of the time
Strong organizational skills and priority management
