Key Responsibilities:
* Form close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.
* Achieve set objectives related to sales and product quantity mix by analyzing market opportunities, influencing decision makers, and ensuring sales growth.
* Conduct strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market information with the Hanwha Product Management team to ensure proper product positioning. Discuss marketing plans and strategic directions with the Country Manager.
* Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue generated through these partners.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets.
Additional Responsibilities include:
* Engaging in end-user consultations, liaising with consultants, specifiers, and senior system integrators.
* Keeping customers updated with product information.
* Increasing project pipeline and revenue from existing customers and creating new customer pipelines.
* Reporting weekly on sales and project progress.
* Performing customer audit analyses, market segmentation, and positioning.
* Contributing ideas for marketing plans, product launches, and customer events.
* Focusing on product/channel/customer margins and ensuring accurate forecasting.
* Achieving all budget and sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in business development or sales, with experience achieving sales in demanding environments.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers.
* Ability to work independently, understanding customer needs, defining solutions, and creating professional proposals.
* Market knowledge, including main channels and potential customers within electronic security, IT, and Networking sectors.
* Previous experience with a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential.
* Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Motivation to impact the market positively and enhance brand recognition.
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and key clients.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and team motivation skills.
* Logical, well-organized, with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
