About The Role Are you an energetic, motivated and articulate team player who is passionate about account management and customer experience? We are seeking to hire a skilled Key Account Manager for Business Unit Safe Storage in Italy. The position is primarily responsible for prospecting new clients and executing the sales plan to meet sales and growth objectives. This position will be based in Vimodrone, reporting to the General Manager and Head of BU Safe Storage in Italy. As a Key Account Manager, you will promote and sell vaults, strong rooms, security doors, customized safes, and our premium product Safe Storage Auto (SSA). What You Will Do Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with clients to achieve organic growth and company objectives. Research key customer wants and needs. Suggest solutions that meet clients’ needs and wants. Serve as contact point for customers and internal teams. Resolve customers' complaints effectively and respectfully. Gather, report, and communicate customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery. Research and source new potential clients. Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics. Create reports for upper management. Stay updated with industry and market trends and best practices. Use CRM tools actively. Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and business meetings. Promote our products and brands. Who we are looking for Experience in sales and / or customer service. Previous experience as Key Account Manager is advantageous. Proficiency in English is advantageous. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Aptitude for networking and building relationships. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and negotiation skills. Target and result-oriented attitude. Teamwork mindset.
