WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Play a vital role in defining, communicating, and executing the product strategy. Gather feature requests, schedule releases, coordinate sprints, work across teams to develop new products and features, and improve existing ones. Lead and influence to ensure cross-functional alignment and delivery of high-quality, customer-centric products on schedule.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Defining, communicating, and executing the roadmap for data products.
* Understanding user problems, designing solutions, managing delivery, and measuring outcomes.
* Collaborating across teams to develop new data products and enhance current ones.
* Driving alignment and delivering products that meet customer needs effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Listening to and understanding internal customer needs through data analysis, research, and stakeholder input.
* Creating artifacts that map customer opportunities.
* Gathering detailed requirements for datasets from stakeholders.
* Setting product vision, strategy, objectives, and OKRs.
* Developing and communicating the product roadmap.
* Leading problem definition, solution ideation, and validation with customers.
* Managing product backlog, defining scope, and prioritizing features.
* Defining success metrics, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
* Ensuring development stays on track, managing risks, and communicating progress.
Team Leadership
* Working effectively with engineering, data, and analytics teams.
* Monitoring team health and motivating high performance.
* Defining team mandates and KPIs, reviewing progress, and acting as a product ambassador.
What You Need
* 3+ years of product management or related experience.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
* Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience with data engineering, analytics, and agile methodologies.
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Databricks, and cloud data platforms.
Preferred Skills

* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
* Participation in team ceremonies and process improvements.
