Join a fast-scaling global e-commerce brand specializing in professional tools and equipment. With a presence in 200+ countries, this company is now entering the Italian market and looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead their offline distribution network. This is a unique opportunity to create something from scratch, shape the local market strategy, and be part of an exciting international expansion.
Location: Remote (based anywhere in Italy)
Employment Type: Full-time (local third-party agency contract)

Languages: Italian (native) + English (fluent)
Compensation: Base + performance bonus (OTE based on experience)
🧰 What You’ll Do:
🚀 Build Italy’s offline distribution channel from the ground up
🤝 Establish partnerships with hardware cooperative unions such as BigMat, Ferritalia, Brico Io, Bricolife, Gruppo Made
🏪 Expand presence into key accounts and retail chains such as Leroy Merlin, Obi, and Bricoman
📦 Identify and negotiate with regional distributors and wholesalers
📊 Customize commercial terms and product ranges to fit the Italian market
🎯 Collaborate with internal teams in product development and marketing
✅ What We’re Looking For:
🛠️ At least 5 years’ experience in DIY/tools/hardware sales and distribution
🏪 Proven knowledge of Brico chains (e.g., Leroy Merlin, Obi, Bricoman) or traditional hardware groups (e.g., BigMat, Ferritalia, etc.)
📞 Established relationships with key buyers or purchasing platforms is a big plus
🧱 Self-starter who can work independently and build scalable processes
🇮🇹 Native-level Italian and fluent English are mandatory
💼 Offer & Contract:
📄 Full-time contract via local third-party agency (until in-country entity is set up)
💰 Approx. €70,000–€80,000 base salary + attractive bonus structure
🌍 100% remote role with international exposure
📈 Opportunity to shape the entire market entry strategy for Italy
