Job OverviewWe are looking for an Architect & Business Developer Intern to support our Business Development team and Top Management in creating high-impact pitches, proposals, and strategic technical-commercial documents.Based in Rome, this role will assist the Business Development, Engineering, Pre-Construction, and Operations teams, helping to translate complex architectural and technical information into clear, well-structured, and value-driven proposals for clients, tenders, and strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities
Support Business Development team and Top Management in preparing pitches, presentations, and proposal documents for clients, tenders, and strategic partnershipsTranslate complex technical inputs into clear, structured, and value-driven content for bids and client communicationsContribute to pitch narratives, project highlights, execution approaches, and preliminary construction strategiesSupport opportunity assessments, including scope definition, risks, strengths, benchmarks, and case studiesCoordinate inputs, timelines, and standards across Business Development and technical teamsConduct market research and participate in relevant industry eventsParticipation in events and conferencesCommunication with architectural firms
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or EngineeringStrong interest in business development and technical - commercial rolesGood analytical, synthesis, and written communication skillsExcellent command of EnglishMotivated to work in a dynamic, international environment
