This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting‐edge technology with hands‐on application engineering and strategic customer partnerships.As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions.You will:
Drive innovation by promoting our full Mobile portfolio — from hydraulic components to electronics and software, electric motors, inverters, and IoT services.Build strong partnerships with the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous growth.Own projects end‐to‐end, from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed.Understand and anticipate market trends, guiding customers toward the most effective and forward‐looking solutions.Grow internationally, gaining specialized expertise in Mobile applications through structured training programs in Italy and Germany.Seal the deal, You will manage the negotiation and define agreements with our partners
Qualifications
Education: MSc in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace EngineeringLanguages: Fluent in Italian and EnglishExperience: ~ 1 years of relevant experience or internship in a technical/application environment (preferred)Work style: Analytical mindset, results‐driven approach, strong collaboration skills, business acumen, and pragmatismMindset: Curiosity for industrial and technological topics, continuous learning attitude, and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
