I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview bookings and plan for the smooth department operation during shift. /li liEnsure FB area is checked prior opening to guests and ensure all area is clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance. /li liHandle guest feedbacks, inquiries, and comments. /li liAssist in scheduling, training and providing feedback to FB Host. /li liSupervise the FB Host’s team. /li liWork with an empathetic attitude. /li liEnsure the prompt and efficient service required by standards. /li liEnsure all mis‑en‑place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service. /li liHave a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and FB day to day activities. /li liHave good knowledge of all FB outlets opening hours. /li liKnowledge on menu prices and suggesting upselling when necessary. /li liEnsure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. /li liUpkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. /li liStrictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 3-5 years restaurant experience in a full‑service outlet or similar setting. /li liHospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. /li liFluent in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages preferred. /li liEligible to work in Italy. /li liAlcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency. /li /ul pSix Senses Rome is an equal opportunity employer.
