Account Manager – Sports Partnerships & Memorabilia

Location: Milan, Italy (Via Morimondo – Creative District)

Remote Work: Hybrid (2/3 days a week remote)

Salary: €25,000 – €30,000 + Performance Bonus

Based in our stylish headquarters in Milan's creative hub on Via Morimondo, we're looking for a high-energy Account Manager to lead our Sports vertical.

The Role

In this role, you aren't just managing accounts—you are creating legendary campaigns. You will be the primary point of contact for professional sellers, private collectors, athletes, clubs, agents, and sports foundations. Your goal? To bridge the gap between the locker room and the donor, creating exclusive auctions and experiences that maximise fundraising while elevating the partner's brand. This is a commercial role with a soul; you will manage key strategic relationships, oversee the seller lifecycle (including authentication and quality control).

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Excellence: Own and expand strategic partnerships with sports personalities, clubs, agents, and foundations.

Seller Management: Manage and grow relationships with professional and private collectors, ensuring a constant flow of high-quality, high-demand inventory.

Authentication & Quality Control: Lead the verification process for memorabilia, ensuring every item meets our gold-standard for authenticity and compliance.

Strategic Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and secure commercial agreements that align with business goals.

Campaign Lifecycle: Onboard new partners and guide them through the full journey—from initial setup to post-campaign reporting.

Mentorship: Support and develop a Junior Account Manager, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow within the team.

Operational Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Care) to ensure every auction is executed to perfection.

Who You Are

A Sports & Memorabilia Expert: You understand the ecosystem of agents, clubs, and talent management, and you have a keen eye for authentic sports assets.

A Natural Negotiator: You are comfortable discussing commercial terms and closing deals with both private individuals and corporate entities.

Data-Driven: You use performance insights to optimize future campaigns and deepen partnerships.

A People Person: You possess the emotional intelligence to manage high-profile talent and the leadership skills to mentor junior staff.

Language: Professional fluency in Italian and English is essential.
