About the Role:As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be the first point of connection for our guests before arrival, during and after the stay. You will create meaningful interactions and memorable moments throughout the guest journey while sharing your knowledge of Rome and its rich history.. You will embody the spirit of refined hospitality, ensuring every guest journey reflects elegance, warmth, and a deep sense of place.
Profile and Key ResponsibilitiesReports to the FO and Rooms Division ManagerDeliver a warm, personalized welcome and farewell experience for all guestsManage check-in and check-out with efficiency and discretion following the proceduresInvite guests to join World of Hyatt and Hyatt Privé ProgramAnticipate guest needs and proactively create memorable and tailored experiencesAct as a key point of contact for guest requests, recommendations, and special arrangementsCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery every dayHandle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfactionMaintain the highest standards of presentation, communication, and luxury service etiquetteAssist in developing promotional materials and communications that reflect the hotel's lifestyle brand.Support the Front Office team in creating a vibrant and guest-centric atmosphereBe flexible in addressing challenges and changing circumstances, ensuring seamless operations.
Qualifications :Qualification in Hospitality/Tourism High School/University preferredHigh proficiency of Italian and English mandatory. Any additional language is a plus
What You Bring:Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skillsAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotelsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to details and problem solving skillsHigh energy, entrepreneurial spirit, effective communicatorProficient in Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, 7 Rooms, CSI softwareExcellent organizational, interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesA creative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesPassion for delivering exceptional and highly personalized guest serviceStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to remain calm and professional in a dynamic environmentA genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for hospitality and culture in general
