We share ideas and collaborate so that together, we can develop solutions that deliver enjoyable and sustainable living. /ph3Location /h3pThe role is based in Assago. /ph3About the role /h3pYou will play an active role in the day‑by‑day operation concerning product line activities: ranging, product launches, pricing, and driving initiatives to grow the related product categories and reach KPIs. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliContinuous monitoring of market trends, competition and price positioning, delivering reports and analysis. /liliAssisting in the execution of the Product strategy in the CA. /liliAll activities related to product lifecycle management: new launches, system maintenance, phase in/out process, range maintenance, sales forecasting, avoid obsolescence… /liliProvide input and feedback for new product development during the Generation Plan Process. /liliClose and daily co‑operation with European Product Managers to manage product lifecycle maintenance activities. /liliMonitor sales performance and suggest actions to deliver business KPIs. /liliClose collaboration with Brand and Trade Marketing organization in preparing product presentations, catalogues, folder, POS material to support product launches. /liliProvide Sales Organization with continuously updated detailed product info, market launch and pricing. /liliCooperate with the Sales team to set up listings and promos presence according to objectives for key customers. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliApproximately 1-2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the FMCG industry. /liliFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /liliStrong analytical and presentation skills (PowerPoint and Excel are a must). /liliAble to work under pressure in complex organizations with various stakeholders at national and international level. /liliAbility to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. /liliTeam player with good team working skills. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pThe annual gross base salary starts from €33,150.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
