Job Description:
Your mission
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication.
* You are introducing innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
* You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage.
* You identify potential “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and work to eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other departments.
* You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients.
* Through close customer contact, you help to improve our product and processes.
Your profile
* You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proof of successful projects.
* You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress: you are used to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations.
* You are willing to travel to our customers.
* You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the automotive or software sector is a plus but not mandatory.
