The position will report directly to the Sales Director and work directly with the Insides Sales and National/Regional Corporate Chef teams.brstrongDescriptionbr/strongThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for planning and execution of sales activities resulting in significant sales growth, and for dynamically driving RATIONAL to market leadership in the assigned region. This position works independently and as a team player. Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building contacts, cultivating relationships, and developing sales with support and collaboration with the Sales Director.brstrongMain Responsibilitiesbr/strong /pulliPromote and spread benefits messages of iCombi and iVario technology through RATIONAL Cooking Live culinary events /liliIncrease customer base through customer development within all food service market segments and applicable commercial market segments /liliDevelopment and expanding of efficient and long-term partner and dealer network /liliIncrease customer base via developing the Consultant/Designer network for specification /liliDevelop local activities on target group Regional Key Account and coordinate and support the Key Account team and Corporate Chef team /liliWork shoulder-to-shoulder with the Service team to ensure the best support in their own region /liliBe able to build a strong referral network /liliDocument customer-related information and activity within our Customer Relationship Management system /liliManage and grow territory volume by pursuing both identified opportunities and creating new opportunities /liliOrganize daily/weekly/monthly plan, work the plan and follow up /liliPrepare monthly sales reports/forecasts and provide market analysis (sales, activities, dealers, competitors, …) /liliPrepare and manage their region’s business plan and annual personal/regional sales budget /liliParticipation in Regional/National Trade shows and sales meetings.
