This role covers the definition of the Top Hat, silhouette, and platforms, ensuring consistency between styling intent, geometry, and technical feasibility. The Mission Architect manages packaging and DMU activities to guarantee robust geometrical integration and industrial feasibility. /pp By applying standards, processes, and worldwide references, the Mission Architect supports technical convergence and risk reduction across programs. The role ensures that vehicles and platforms are developed in line with QCDP / QCTP targets and schedules, while continuously managing architectural trade-offs between style, performance, geometry, and industrialization to deliver a balanced and competitive product. /p pb Main tasks and deliverables: /b /pulli Define the technical core package of the program and key dimensions; /lili Manage trade off between stakeholders (brands, style, organics, performances, ....) ensure consistency with platform design and architecture performances /lili Implement on the program of international market guidelines (White Book, countries constraints, ...); /lili Lead concept choice technical feasibilities with stakeholders; /lili Define, organize and lead geometrical synthesis of the program; /lili Ensure architecture deliverables release on time at the right level of quality; /lili Communicate synthesis, reports, KPI#39;s escalation to the upper management for appropiate decisions; /lili Deliver the Technical brief, APOR/S (Architecture Performance Requirement and Status), NCBS prediction (New car buyer survey); /lili Top Hat or Platform ARCI assessment; /lili Produce the docs for design assessment, White Book assessment; /lili In architecture phase assessment of CAD geometrical convergence; /li /ul pb Requirements: /b /pulli Master’s degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. or Min 10 years in automotive fields with same position; /lili Architecture knowledge for Top Hat, interior and exterior, BW, Platform. /lili Good communication and negotiation skills between all projects; /lili Team management; /lili Synthetic and analytic thinking; /lili CAD system visualization ability. /lili Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. /lili Fluent English with tech background (min B2 level) /li /ul pb Tools /b /pulli Teamcenter /lili PLM Systems /li /ul
