TP-LINK Italy is seeking to recruit a Junior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to help deliver the company’s growth targets in the B2B space. As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space, TP-LINK Italy is looking for a driven, dynamic and ambitious professional to further enhance the sales team and bring new sales opportunities to the business. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the development and success of the Italian business moving forwards. The person must have a background in business development and excellent relationships with partners that provide Networking and/or Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions. Experience in partner account management and field sales is also appreciated. The new resource will work within the TP-LINK Omada B2B team and will have strong knowledge of the VAR and distribution channel. The ideal candidate is based in Rome, but valid candidates from other regions in central and southern Italy will also be seriously considered. Key job role and responsibilities Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts at all levels Responsible for managing a named accounts list that will be developed to achieve company objectives Proactively recruits new qualifying partners Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partners Partner with the Pre-Sales Engineer to generate new business and develop current partner network Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including technical support & service and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner’s expectations Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of sales cycle and update the CRM accordingly Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, critical milestones (e.g., training certification) in conjunction with Distribution resources (sales, support, etc) Drives sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory to enhance the partner's experience and to accelerate TP-LINK Enterprise business Job Experience Required 1 years Partners Sales and/or Territory management in Networking and/or UCC market A recognized and consistent contact list of strategic partners in the Unified Communications market is to be considered an added value Experience building business and marketing plans with partners Experience with the Distribution channel model Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification and drive to close Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to speak English fluently Excellent communication and presentation skills The candidate must be a clever team player, comfortable in a fast growing and constantly evolving environment To apply, please send your resume to hr.it@tp-link.com Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting J-18808-Ljbffr
