Main activities
The Resource will be responsible for the following activities:
1. will participate in origination activities for new development or acquisition opportunities;
2. will work on understanding and evaluating legal and technical Due Diligence aimed at acquiring or preparing binding offers;
3. will participate in the evaluation and pricing activities on projects and/or portfolios under analysis;
4. will participate in the negotiation of commercial agreements aimed at the development and/or acquisition of land and/or photovoltaic and wind projects;
5. will manage relationships with external developers and business partners;
6. will prepare papers and presentations for the approval, by the relevant corporate bodies, of investment or partnership opportunities.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
7. master's degree in technical or economic direction;
8. previous work experience of at least 5 years in development and M&A activities of energy production plants/projects from renewable sources (wind and photovoltaic) and in negotiation and M&A processes;
9. possession of technical knowledge regarding the production, transmission and distribution of energy;
10. knowledge of energy and environmental regulations and related authorization processes, of the reference market and of the main players involved, of urban and territorial planning tools;
11. knowledge of written and spoken English;
Preferential/Nice to have
12. The profile is completed by strong relational aptitudes, negotiation skills and aptitude for problem solving;
13. availability for travel within the national territory.
