Summary

Duties
* Resolve end user requirements related to voice, data, video, network services, and telecommunications media for current and emerging technologies.
* Handle ordering, tracking, and disposal of contractor services, hardware, and software, following lifecycle management best practices.
* Provide technical assistance, guidance, and solutions for development, installation, usage, and sustainment of technologies and telecommunication products.
* Manage accounts, network rights, and system access.
* Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities to maintain hardware, software, and network integrity.
Requirements
* Must be a US Citizen.
* Must be suitable for federal employment.
* Pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
* Obtain and maintain a valid US driver’s license.
* Obtain and maintain necessary security clearance.
* Complete required DAWIA certification within specified timeframes.
* Complete training and obtain a government travel card.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including remote sites.
* This is a Mission Essential position requiring operational continuity.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-11 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent in private / public sector, including :
* Attention to Detail : Defining technical requirements for systems and networks.
* Customer Service : Engaging with clients to assess needs and provide solutions.
* Oral Communication : Effectively communicating technical information.
* Problem Solving : Identifying issues and evaluating solutions.
Additional experience should include applying troubleshooting methods, defining technical requirements, and evaluating IT service approaches, supported by your resume.

This position is subject to a hiring freeze and is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
