Job Title: Sales Executive – Hospitality Solutions
As Sales Executive for Hospitality Solutions you promote and drive strong results for Amadeus Hospitality by identifying and prioritizing business opportunities for your assigned region and establishing strategic partnerships within customer organizations.
Responsibilities Create new relationships with prospect customers and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
Support customers in driving revenues, streamlining operations, and saving costs through the suite of integrated solutions provided by Amadeus Hospitality.
Accountable for meeting regional sales goals by finding new customers and increasing sales with your current customer base.
Stay current on market conditions and industry information to act as a true partner to customers.
Attend key industry events and organize customer and stakeholder specific events to establish Amadeus Hospitality as a leading provider.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the hospitality and/or technology industry.
High energy, self‐motivation, and thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
Strong relationship building skills at all hierarchy levels, from operational staff to CEO.
Hunting mindset and ability to achieve sales goals.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to overcome internal and external barriers.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce beneficial.
Willingness to travel 3–5 days per week to visit customers.
Deep understanding of the hotel, travel & distribution industry.
Ability to work in multicultural teams and independently.
Creative problem‐solving, networking and communication skills at all levels.
Fluent in Italian (native preferred) and fluent in English.
