Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiast, idealist and go-getter for the next season starting from April 2025.
Inside the restaurant she/he is responsible for:
- leading, motivating and training the service team
- plan and coordinate daily work, supervise accounting management
- to supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch / dinner)
- to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
- to record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details
- to support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service
- to supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested
