PbABOUT THE ROLE /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for an bAccessories Commercial Programs Manager /b to design and deploy commercial programs that drive accessories revenues and enhance the customer experience across our dealer network. /ppIn this role, you will work at the intersection of bcommercial strategy, retail execution and digital visibility /b, partnering closely with dealers and internal teams to develop scalable programs that deliver measurable results. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbWHAT YOU WILL DO /b /ppbr/ppAs Accessories Commercial Programs Manager, you will: /ppbr/pulliDesign and deploy a bscalable commercial operating model /b for accessories, including governance, guidelines and execution playbooks. /liliDevelop and roll out bdealer coaching programs /b, potentially in collaboration with external partners, to improve execution and performance. /liliDefine and implement standards to enhance baccessories visibility /b across physical and digital touchpoints (showrooms, displays, vehicles, websites, configurators and catalogs). /liliDesign baccessory-related service models /b (e.g. rental, storage), covering customer journey, dealer processes, eligibility criteria and pricing logic. /liliLead bpilot projects /b, monitor performance and prepare recommendations for wider rollout. /liliDefine and track bKPIs, business cases and financial performance /b, including funding and value‑sharing models. /liliEnsure strong balignment /bwith internal stakeholders such as Network Development, Vehicle Marketing, ICT, Finance and external partners. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWHO YOU ARE /b /ppbr/ppYou are a commercially minded professional who enjoys turning strategy into execution. You bring: /ppbr/pullib4+ years of experience /b in Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations or Commercial Programs, ideally in automotive or retail environments. /liliProven experience in bdesigning and deploying commercial initiatives /b and working closely with dealer networks. /liliA strong bexecution mindset /b, with the ability to manage pilots, scale initiatives and measure impact. /liliSolid stakeholder management skills and confidence working in bmatrix and cross‑functional organizations /b. /liliStrong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to performance and results. /lilibFluent English /b /liliGood knowledge of bMicrosoft Office tools /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWHY JOIN STELLANTIS /b /ppbr/pulliBe part of a bglobal automotive leader /b shaping the future of mobility. /liliPlay a key role in bdriving commercial growth /b and improving the customer experience. /liliWork in a bdynamic, international environment /b with exposure to multiple functions and markets. /liliTake ownership of bimpactful /bprograms from idea to execution. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
