Job Description:The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is recruiting for a Chef de Rang. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals passionate about FB. This is a seasonal, full-time role (40 hours/week).This position offers an opportunity to work in an environment of art, elegance, history, and culture, with Venetian style.
