The day-to-day duties for the successful Business Development Manager will include: Developing strong networks across your region, to ensure that you are the partner of choice for the products and services that you offer. Streamlining procurement processes to maximise efficiency and ensure consistent product quality. 3+ years of experience across sales, business development, purchasing or account management. ~ High willingness and enthusiasm to travel at least 4 working days per week, with regular overnight stays. ~ A proven track record of developing relationships across all levels, from CEO's of large scale manufacturers to owners of local retail stores. ~ The ability to work at pace as part of a business which favours speed. ~ A robust track record of securing favourable terms through strong negotiation skills.
