This position represents an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the development and execution of the wholesale strategy across Mass Market. The role will play a key part in maximizing revenue, optimizing stock monetization, and ensuring brand consistency across all distribution channels.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive sales performance and key KPIs (revenue, margin, sell-in, stock clearance)
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities
- Lead and coordinate the Key Account Management team, setting priorities, targets, and action plans
- Develop commercial plans aligned with brand positioning and overall business objectives
- Oversee stock management and liquidation strategies in collaboration with Planning and Merchandising teams
- Lead key negotiations and manage strategic wholesale accounts
- Ensure consistency of brand positioning across all distribution channels, with particular focus on off-price environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
- Identify new business opportunities to optimize stock monetization
- Prepare regular reports and provide performance insights to the Director Mass Market
QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale roles within apparel and/or footwear
- Proven experience managing off-price, mass market, or similar distribution channels
- Strong understanding of wholesale dynamics and multi-channel distribution strategies
- Solid analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and performance management
- Experience in stock management and inventory optimization
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
