Here we bring together talented and creative people working towards the same goal - innovating for a smarter safer world! /p h3WHAT WILL YOU DO /h3 pAs a Sales Engineer your role contributes to the business growth by being responsible for all technical aspects with top system integrator large end customers and consultants in close collaboration with the Sales team for the North of Italy. You will be accountable for defining the best solutions to increase the business on targeted partners and end customers. Your role in the organization is to develop technical complex projects together with different internal departments and support the growth of our business in your territories. Education is also a key activity in the Sales Engineering department and youll be responsible for delivering official Academy and tailored training within the territory. The responsibilities include field inter-departmental and direct partner and customer proactive approach. /p pThe role involves some domestic and international travels. /p h3Apart from above mentioned tasks it will be your job to : /h3 ul liDesign the best solution for each project by understanding the needs from the local end customers AE and System Integrators perspective. /li liAlways act as a trusted technical advisor both internal and externally. /li liInfluence on large tenders and RFP / RFQ process with the local market. /li liResponsible to develop and present Axis solutions with high technical standards. /li liDefine together with the related Key Account Manager the best strategy to better position Axis at all levels in the territory. /li liBe accountable to maintain and develop contact with technical key decision makers from large corporations (system integrators and end customers). /li liLearn keep updated and collaborate with local and global technology partners. /li liUnderstand the full solutions not only the Axis products but also complementary such as networking analytics software hardware and services. /li liUnderstand competitive landscape for each solution and follow-up each project with the technical customers. /li liPromote pilots and proof of concept implementations linked to projects and opportunities. /li /ul h3WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR /h3 pWe are looking for a focused and self-motivated team player with a technical background within IT and / or Physical Security. You will have the ability to hold inspiring presentations and demonstrations and to build strategic and trustworthy relationships at all levels. You high business acumen and knows how to prioritize accordingly. /p pYou will have experience in pre-sales B2B technical project-based work within the security market alternatively within the IT channel and have knowledge in network technologies and applications. You will have the technical confidence to setup and demonstrate complex solutions within Network surveillance and solutions. Knowledge of VMS software is an advantage. You are used to complex project management in a fast-paced environment. You possess good analytical and organizational skills.
