PpWe are looking for a bKey Account Manager, EMEA /b to drive the commercial performance of our Sportswear collection across key markets and strategic partners. /p pYou will report to the Senior Director, Commercial, and act as the primary point of contact for selected partners, building strong commercial relationships, guiding assortments and optimizing seasonal sell‑in and sell‑out performance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Account Partner Management /h3 ul liLead day‑to‑day relationship management with key wholesale partners and licensee commercial teams. /li liEnsure alignment with brand standards, seasonal priorities, assortment strategy and distribution objectives for the L/AB categories. /li liLead order negotiations, commercial terms and in‑season adjustments when required. /li liMonitor partner forecasts, sell‑in performance and stock levels to drive business health and achieve targets. /li /ul h3Business Performance Analysis /h3 ul liTrack sell‑out performance across markets and channels to identify risks, opportunities and growth drivers. /li liPrepare seasonal business reviews and strategic recommendations for leadership and partners. /li liSupport pricing and margin strategies to maintain competitive and strategic market positioning. /li liProvide insights to inform distribution plans and category development discussions. /li /ul h3Go‑To‑Market Execution /h3 ul liSupport market preparation for sales campaigns and showroom appointments. /li liDeliver compelling seasonal product presentations and commercial toolkits to partners. /li liCollaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning and Supply teams to align product availability and delivery timelines. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5–7+ years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management within fashion or sportswear wholesale environments. /li liStrong understanding of wholesale dynamics, partner management and seasonal sales cycles. /li liAnalytical mindset; comfortable working with performance data and KPIs to guide decisions. /li liDeep knowledge of the market and key retailers. /li liExcellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills. /li liClear, confident communicator with strong commercial storytelling abilities. /li liProactive, solution‑oriented and able to operate with agility in a fast‑paced environment. /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
