Position Details
Position based in our Milan office (Hybrid – 3 days a week). We are excited to add a Key Account Manager to our team.
Overview
As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved in Italy, you will drive the next phase of business development, reinforcing our sales team and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds sales and margin targets for your accounts
- Act as the category captain among our retailers
- Ensure Shark & Ninja are represented in a positive and professional manner at all times, both online and offline
- Plan and execute activities for online, in‑store and off‑page to drive strong sales performance
- Maintain accurate forecasting in line with individual and company goals
- Work within agreed Promotional (SOA) structures to meet sales and margin targets
- Negotiate winning scenarios for both SharkNinja and the customer at all times
- Interpret market and sell‑out data to identify business opportunities
- Organise trade shows and retail events
- Report competitive activities and pricing
- Identify opportunities to deliver incremental business
- Participate in trade shows, sales meetings and other company events as required
Attributes & Skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience
- Previous experience in the consumer goods industry
- Passion for our unique products
- Results‑driven, strong negotiator, exceptional analytical skills
- Oral and written communication with impact
- Professional expertise in sales and business development
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
