The role ensures full alignment between commercial objectives, operational capabilities, and overall company strategy, driving sustainable growth and long-term partnerships within the US market. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Account Management Business Development /h3 ul liLead and execute Business Development initiatives with a growth-oriented and forward-thinking approach. /li liIdentify new market opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships with key accounts. /li liEnsure alignment between client expectations and corporate objectives. /li /ul h3Client Relationship Management /h3 ul liOversee customer relationships and communications in close cooperation with the US Sales Area Manager. /li liProvide technical and operational guidance to support contract execution and business expansion. /li liStructure and clarify customer requirements and timelines, anticipating risks and potential obstacles. /li liMonitor portfolio performance to ensure compliance with plans, processes, and financial targets. /li liIdentify cost optimization and continuous improvement opportunities. /li liAddress potential cost increases in collaboration with Operations, Industrialization, and Procurement. /li liTrack key performance indicators including product costs, cash flow, gross margin, and portfolio quality performance in partnership with Controlling, Finance, and QA/QC. /li /ul h3Demand Planning Cross-Functional Coordination /h3 ul liManage demand forecasting to ensure integration between commercial strategy and production planning. /li liCoordinate cross-functional activities among RD, Engineering, Production, QA/RA, Procurement, and Controlling to guarantee consistency, quality standards, and timely execution. /li /ul h3Proposal Management (CMD Projects) /h3 ul liSupport the preparation and finalization of proposals for Contract Manufacturing Department (CMD) projects in partnership with the Proposal Driver. /li liContribute to risk assessments, assumptions analysis, and the definition of scenarios and action plans during the bidding phase. /li liReview technical documentation related to RFPs, identifying critical aspects and ensuring appropriate prioritization with the Business Development Manager and internal stakeholders. /li liMonitor proposal status (won, lost, pending) and identify improvement areas. /li liEnsure accurate and timely CRM updates for full transparency and traceability. /li /ul h3Project Stakeholder Support /h3 ul liMaintain continuous oversight of ongoing projects, supporting assigned Project Managers. /li liPlan and coordinate client visits and business meetings. /li /ul h3Skills competences /h3 ul liStrong strategic thinking and decision-making capability with high accountability. /li liAbility to foster internal alignment and promote improved ways of working. /li liResults-driven mindset with proven ability to build credibility and trust. /li liStrong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex situations professionally and assertively. /li liAbility to balance customer expectations with corporate priorities, translating strategy into effective and consistent actions. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
