DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE We are looking for a VISUAL MERCHANDISER INTERN to join our Visual Merchandising Team, supporting it in giving consistency and clarity to the brand image across the network. The resource will collaborate on all the activities required for the set-up of the stores, both in terms of display and in-store communication. KEY CHALLENGES Support in management and coordination of product samples, ensuring their availability, traceability and effective use across departments (including receipt, warehouse/archive maintenance and the creation and ongoing update of tracking lists) Support in setting-up of the mock‐up, the showroom and store events Support in creating documents for store staff containing visual merchandising and display guidelines Support in the creation of the communication materials package (seasonal, for new openings/renovations, etc.) based on the Marketing calendar and the Store Construction planning Support in keeping up to date the store data base (type of display spaces, planned POP materials, pho
