Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Complete the regional or customer sales target, independently develop new integratorcustomers, and increase product sales scope and market share.• Establish targeted customer development strategies in the designated territory and set upoverall strategy for long term partnership.• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to get Absen in the vendor systemand get Absen products specified into projects as preferred vendor.• Keep informed of products, services, and other general information of interest to listedaccounts.• Have experience with Direct view LED and have some hands-on experience to provide supportin demo shootouts.• Coordinate with the internal team to provide support to channel partners, integrators andconsultants during the implementation of the projects.• Provide Lunch and Learn, sales training, local show, or demo support on site from local ifneeded.Other Duties and Responsibilities• Collect market and industry information, deliver market insights and analysis to the internalteam and provide quarterly reports to superiors• Communicate with other Absen business units or departments to exchange info or marketinsights.• Perform other duties as required or assigned.Required Education/Experience• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management,or a related field.• A minimum of five years of experience in sales, engineering, key account management, orproject management within the LED industry.• Proven experience in stage and event equipment rental.• Strong teamwork and communication skills.• Excellent client-focused problem-solving abilities and solution delivery.• Proven ability to thrive and meet performance expectations in a high-pressure environment.• Fluency in English and the local language (Italian/German/Dutch),and you can base one of the 3 countries.• A valid driver’s license is required, along with the willingness to travel frequently
