Job Title Key Account Manager (Imaging Systems) Job Description Key Account Manager – Imaging Systems Develops and drives credible and productive long-term relation with customers in the assigned area ( Lazio ), by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with accounts. Your role: Developing, maintaining and improving relations with a limited number of key accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier. Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group. Creating, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the accounts. Creating an account plan for each account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group. Creating and implements action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips. Driving the performance of the functions in the accounts to get it done. Systematically analysing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement. You're the right fit if you have: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical, Healthcare Management or equivalent experience. Extensive proven experience in key account management, strategic customer management, or complex imaging solution/project delivery within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably with capital equipment and imaging systems Ability to independently manage local accounts or customer programs, coordinate cross‑functional actions, and ensure timely achievement of commercial and delivery outcomes. Solid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies and/or experience contributing to solution design, value propositions, and customer business cases. Strong knowledge of logistics and process management. Basic financial understanding. Capable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans. Experience delivering presentations at an account management level. Frequent interaction with customers and/or cross-functional teams, including collaboration with other company divisions or units. Fluency in English and Italian (local language required) How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company ’ s main facilities, generally at the customers ’ or suppliers ’ locations.
