Job Description
Mission:
Manage the development of the Aesthetic product portfolio by designing and implementing operational marketing plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with global and local strategies.
2. Analyze portfolio performance and market insights to inform strategy and positioning.
3. Manage marketing budgets for all brands.
4. Develop and localize promotional materials for campaigns, collaborating with agencies and internal teams.
5. Plan materials for sales teams, including sampling strategies.
6. Collaborate on events and congresses with the Customer Education & Training team.
7. Work with Sales and Demand departments on sales forecasts.
8. Coordinate cross-functionally within the organization for Dermatology Strategies.
9. Serve as the primary marketing contact for global stakeholders.
10. Support and develop Brand Managers.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. University degree in Marketing or Economics.
2. Approximately 8 years of marketing experience, especially in Aesthetic Medicine.
3. Experience in product/brand management with analytical skills.
4. People management experience.
5. Knowledge of Medical Visit strategies and Congresses.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Fluent in Business English; Italian proficiency preferred.
8. Proficiency in Office tools and Veeva Vault.
9. Experience in international and matrix organizations.
