Coesia operates in 34 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2024. /p h3About the role /h3 pIn collaboration with the sales area manager, the Sales Engineer manages the sales process, through the proper definition of business proposals, in line with budget objectives and the Direction guidelines.br/The person will be involved in strategic activities with our network of global customers; the flexibility to undertake some travel is paramount. /p pThe Sales Engineer: /p ul liCollaborates with Sales Area Manager in the definition of sales budgets ensuring the strategic goals fulfilment; /li liManages sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results achieving assigned budgets; /li liEnsures constant monitoring of the assigned market area in terms of current/potential customers, risks and economic trends supporting the 'Sales Area' manager in the definition of the most effective promotional activities for business development and consolidation; /li liEnsures proper formulation of offers in order to define, in collaboration with technical area managers, the functional requirements to be met managing both financial aspects and business negotiation process. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 pWe would like to meet candidates with: /p ul liMaster’s Degree in Engineering; /li li2/3 years of experience gained in a similar role; /li liSelf-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously and also able to work well within a team; /li liExcellent communication skills; /li liSheer enthusiasm towards technology and innovation as well as willing to develop business acumen; /li liProficiency in English and Italian; any further language skills will be considered as a plus; /li liAvailability to travel up to 75%. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
