Description and Requirements

Partner Account Manager with Lenovo Denmark

Are you eager to be part of the fastest-moving IT company worldwide? Are you a senior account manager motivated by achieving great results in a competitive market? This role is critical to our success, as nearly all of Lenovo’s B2B business is channel-driven. The Partner Account Manager position for our largest partners in Italy is senior, requiring excellent relationships at all levels within Lenovo and with partners, including CEO level. Your role involves orchestrating the Lenovo team to ensure our brand is top of mind, maintaining partner satisfaction, and keeping them informed about Lenovo’s strategies and technologies. The primary goal is to grow Lenovo’s business with partners and ensure profitable growth for both parties.

Main Responsibilities :

* Be proactive and visible in all activities
* Manage quarterly business plans and reviews
* Own your targets and deliver results
* Oversee sales-out management, including pipeline review, reporting, and gap analysis
* Develop marketing plans for partners with clear ROI and actions

What You Will Bring :

* Experience with solution-selling, including up-sell and cross-sell strategies
* Proven ability to build relationships across sales teams and at all levels within partner organizations
* 7-10+ years of B2B account management and sales experience
* Ability to establish relationships at all levels, including C-suite
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a sales-driven attitude
* Ambition for personal and professional growth
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Excellent negotiation skills, with clear and strategic goal setting
* Data-driven, action-oriented, with a sense of urgency
* Accountability, ownership, and trustworthiness
* Business acumen and relationship-building skills
