The Senior Global Brand Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of Merlin's brand strategy by developing impactful and relevant brand plans that align with long-term business objectives. They will maintain brand consistency and relevance across all touchpoints, implementing innovative brand activities and experiences that engage target audiences and enhance brand awareness. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, the Brand Manager will bring our brands to life in a compelling way, driving growth in the competitive entertainment industry. Main Responsibilities Brand Management & Activation: Build robust brand plans supporting the long-term brand strategy and embed them in annual marketing plans. Ensure consistent and relevant delivery of brand messaging and identities across all marketing touchpoints and platforms. Ensure effective brand stewardship, sharing best practices across the marketing community. Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to oversee impactful content campaigns, style guides, and playbooks. Drive briefs for product development to ensure brand experiences align with strategy and are delivered on time and within budget. Measure all activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Market Research & Insights: Monitor brand performance, update key stakeholders, and optimize activities to meet brand and commercial KPIs. Collaborate with Global Insights teams to conduct market research and ensure analysis informs future planning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, MMM, operations, and external partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. Act as key liaison for executing brand initiatives and campaigns. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5-7 years of experience in brand management, including senior-level roles. Preferably with a background in entertainment, tourism, or hospitality sectors at a global level. Proven track record in deploying successful brand plans. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Creative, strategic, results-driven, with a solid understanding of brand positioning and consumer behavior. Experience managing significant budgets and cross-functional teams. We are growing fast.
