Position Overview
We are seeking a Field Account Manager Germany for the BU Quadri Elettrici, reporting to the Account Manager, to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships to achieve company objectives.
* Maintain presence in the assigned region through client visits and remote interactions.
* Support other departments to ensure successful sales processes and customer satisfaction.
* Assign commercial conditions for new and existing clients in line with company goals.
* Coordinate and potentially implement indirect sales channels (distributors and agencies).
* Utilize CRM and Business Intelligence software for planning and monitoring activities.
* Participate in company meetings, industry events, and trade fairs.
* Gather and share market information and participate in training initiatives.
Requirements
Hard Skills
* Fluent in German (B2/C1) and proficient in English (B1/B2).
* At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales.
* Familiarity with CRM tools.
* Basic ability to interpret technical drawings in common formats.
