In total, the forteq Group employs around 700 people. /ppFor our production site in Zingonia/Italy, we are looking for a professionally experienced and ambitious personality as an /ppAccount Manager /ppAbout the Role /ppWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in the automotive and manufacturing sector. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support account management activities and contribute to business growth through structured desk research and lead generation. /ppResponsibilities /pulliManage and maintain a small portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction /liliConduct desk research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients in the automotive as well as non-automotive industry with similar needs in product development /liliMarket prospection and development of 2 – 3 new customer accounts /liliSupport the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients /liliAssist in coordinating internal resources to meet customer expectations and project timelines /liliMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence /liliCollaborate with the Business Development and Engineering teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable insights /liliParticipate in trade shows, virtual events, and customer meetings as needed /liliMonitor competitor activity and industry developments to support strategic planning /liliProcess owner of client overview globally. /li /ulpYour profile /pulliEngineering/technical background preferred combined with a strong commercial mindset (allowing you to understand the complex technical sales process) /liliFrom new graduate up to 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or customer-facing technical sales role in an industrial environment /liliStrong interest in the automotive industry and manufacturing technologies /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to conduct structured research and summarize findings /liliSelf-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment /liliFluent in English is a must; German, Czech, Italian is a nice to have /li /ulpOur offer /ppThis is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global company at the forefront of innovation in plastic injection molding.
