We are seeking a Head Sommelier to lead our wine program for the upcoming season. Responsibilities Anticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience according to our service standards Cooperate with the Restaurant Manager for staff development Develop special events focused on wine Manage inventory and requisitions: assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries Avoid waste and control beverage margins Work with the bar manager to establish the wine selection Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Fully responsible for banqueting wine orders and consumption Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in the same role within the luxury hotel industry Experience in a fine dining restaurant (Michelin recognition is a plus) Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred Sommelier AIS or FISAR certification He or she will report to the Restaurant Manager. xrdztoy We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about hospitality and adept at delivering authentic luxury experiences with care, confidence, curiosity, and a sense of community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
