A new 7‑a‑side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to “reimagine the game,” but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliPartnership Activation Management: Oversee the execution and ongoing management of commercial partnerships, ensuring each delivers strong ROI and aligns with the Kings League brand and values. /liliRevenue Growth Upselling: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and deepen strategic relationships. /liliCross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, marketing, and operations teams to deliver engaging and consistent experiences that exceed partner expectations. /liliStakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, strong alignment, and seamless execution across all touchpoints. /liliIndustry Insights: Utilize a deep understanding of the digital streaming space, influencers, entertainment and eSports landscape to design impactful activations and uncover new commercial opportunities. /liliProject Management: Manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5+ years of experience in account management or partnerships; preferably within sports and entertainment. /liliBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. /liliStrong understanding of digital culture, influencer marketing, and eSports trends. /liliTeam player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast‑moving environment. /liliFluent in English and Italian. /li /ulh3Diversity Inclusion commitment /h3pAt Kings League we strongly believe in building an inclusive and diverse work environment, where everyone can develop their full potential.
