International Sales Director
Job Description
1. Develop and implement an overseas marketing strategy for energy storage and photovoltaic products, aligning with the company's global marketing initiatives;
2. Conduct market research for energy storage and photovoltaic products, collecting and analyzing industry data to inform sales strategies and target markets.
3. Maintain a database of international customers and develop detailed expansion plans to achieve sales targets for energy storage products.
4. Ensure accurate management of sales budgets and actual expenses for assigned sales regions.
5. Establish and maintain key client relationships through public relations, negotiation, and relationship-building activities.
6. Craft effective marketing budgets, controlling expenses and negotiating costs to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of international sales experience in the industry, with a deep understanding of global market demands and successful leadership experience.
* At least 3 years of team management experience, with a proven track record of developing major clients.
* A strong work ethic, excellent management skills, and adaptability are essential for this role.
* Fluency in English is required, with exceptional listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
* Prioritization will be given to candidates with existing industry connections, familiarity with local policies, and a strong network of customer resources.
* This position requires strong market development capabilities, abundant customer resources, and excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
