Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury or premium retailProven track record in achieving sales targetsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong clientelling focus and CRM knowledgeDigital-savvy with familiarity in modern retail toolsImpeccable grooming and professional presentationPassion for fashion and luxury goodsResults-driven, proactive, and collaborative team playerFluent in Italian & English; additional languages are a plus
