PstrongTechnical Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Factory Automation /strong /ppbrVerifichi qui sotto se possiede i requisiti per questa opportunità e, in tal caso, invii la sua candidatura il prima possibile.br/ppstrongAre you a consultative technical sales professional with proven success selling capital equipment from factory automation, processing or packaging machinery? /strong /ppbr/ppDesire to work with an industry leader who are well recognised for offering innovative, robust and reliable systems within the FMCG sector. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongWhy This Company? /strong /ppbr/ppWith a multimillion-pound turnover and advanced manufacturing capabilities, my client has become a leading supplier of high precision, high reliability end of line machinery utilised by manufacturers across the globe. /ppbr/ppWith a complete range of standardised systems and customisable options, it allows for a slick manufacturing process and the ability to deliver complete systems to customers within 6 months. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongRewards Benefits /strong /ppbr/pulli€50K - €65K Basic Salary /lili25% On Target Bonus (capped at 40% based on achieving 160% of target) /liliCompany Car (with private use) /lili€600 Vacation Bonus /lili20 Days Holiday (rising to 25 with service) + Public Holidays /liliEarly finish Fridays /liliOvernight travel allowances /liliCompany Credit Card - Hotels, Meals etc /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongAbout The Role /strong /ppbr/ppAs the Technical Sales Manager / Sales Engineer you will be responsible for: /ppbr/pulliDeveloping relationships with both OEMs (automation machine manufacturers) in Italy and End Users (FMCG manufacturing businesses) in the Middle East and Africa. /liliTravelling within Italy, Africa and the Middle East with an expectation of spending 30% of your time away from home. /liliDeveloping business with new customers (20%) and new projects with existing customers (80%) /liliSelling in at Project Engineer, Director, Procurement Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager and Engineer level. /liliSecuring specifications on new and existing projects, with a typical sales cycle from 6 months to 2 years. /liliUnderstanding customer project challenges and providing guidance and input on the best proposed solution. /liliHandling both technical and commercial enquiries from your customer base. (Inhouse technical support team available) /liliAttending industry events, exhibitions and shows. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongAbout You /strong /ppbr/ppIdeally you will possess a minimum of 3-5 years’ selling capital equipment such as /ppfactory automation, robots cobots, conveyors, production equipment, end of line packaging, or affiliated., ideally to the FMCG sector. /ppbr/ppAn engineering education would be highly advantageous but not essential, as would proven success operating in international sales. /ppbr/ppOther key skills needed: /pulliPro-active approach. /liliAdvanced level Italian and English language skills required. Arabic and French languages would be advantageous. /liliSelf-motivation and comfortable with project-based selling. /liliComfortable opening doors at technical level, not just procurement. /liliGreat relationship developer with the ability to identify new prospects. /liliAble to operate autonomously. /liliFull driving license. /li /ulp---------------------------------------------------------- /ppstrongInterested in this role?
