Primary Objective of PositionIncreases sales and market share of Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) products through the sale of all available diabetes products. Is responsible to achieve sales plan for the assigned sales territory.Major AccountabilitiesMain tasks include :Develops and implements plans in order to create sales, maintain and expand ADC business.Keeps current on internal and competitive products and positioning by utilizing a variety of resources.Maintains good relationships with customers and visits them on a regular basis.Collaborate with Distributors and their agents on project dedicated to PharmaciesWrites weekly reports about which customers he has visited.Understands and conveys information professionally and accurately.Has acquired experience and maturity on glucose monitoring marketplaceEnsures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.EducationDegree in science as biology, pharmacy or Economics with proper experience (three - five years).BackgroundKnows ADC products, their applications and competitors (instruments, technologies, strategies)Knows and applies ADC procedures, policies and code of business conduct.Has an elementary knowledge of English language.Knows how to operate standard software packages.Has a knowledge on how to sell and which strategy to use.
