We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales function and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute inside sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs in recruitment and HR services
* Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy
* Conduct discovery calls and online meetings with potential clients, presenting solutions
* Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
* Provide market feedback and insights to support service development and client experience
* Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership
* Mentor team members as the inside sales team grows
Requirements:
* 3–5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B services or the HR/recruitment sector
* Strong understanding of the HR services landscape in Italy and/or internationally
* Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, fluent in Italian and English
* Results-driven, with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools
* Natural team player who loves solving client problems and closing deals
