You will report to the Head of R&D; Programs and work with the Head of Technology to define product strategy, oversee execution, and ensure performance, quality, and cost objectives are met.\nKey Responsibilities Deliver avionics products on time, on budget, and with quality.\nDefine and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for avionics systems.\nAlign product development with company objectives and customer requirements.\nIdentify and mitigate risks related to product development and deployment.\nDrive industrialization of avionics products, including production testing equipment definition.\nManage the full product lifecycle, including upgrades, obsolescence planning, and end‑of‑life strategies.\nDefine cost targets and ensure achievement through design‑to‑cost and supplier nominations.\nMonitor and control overall product cost and development budget.\nCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliance and performance.\nAct as the primary interface between teams and stakeholders, delegating tasks while maintaining accountability. Qualifications Proven experience in product development, industrialization, and product lifecycle management.\nProven experience in cost and budget management and design‑for‑excellence methodologies.\nUnderstanding of avionics systems, aerospace and/or complex electromechanical products is a plus.\nExcellent organizational, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.\nAnalytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.\nAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.\nLeadership skills to influence and align diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing complex hardware/software integrated products.\nTrack record of delivering products in fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environments.\nPrevious involvement in cross‑functional teams and supplier negotiations.
