We are partnering with a fast-growing international tech company that develops cutting-edge VR and AI training solutions for global enterprises in aviation, manufacturing, logistics, and other high-tech industries.
Their innovative platform transforms how companies train, upskill, and prepare their workforce for safety-critical and precision-driven roles.
As the company expands across Europe, we are searching for an ambitious and strategic Head of Sales (Europe) to lead business growth and scale the sales team internationally.
Define and implement a European sales strategy to accelerate growth.
• Build, lead, and expand an international sales team.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
• 7+ years of success in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, VR/AI, HRTech, EdTech, or similar).
• Proven track record in building and scaling international sales teams.
• Strong experience in long-cycle enterprise sales (3–9 months) and C-level negotiations.
• Fluent English, German highly desirable
• Work fully remote within CET-compatible time zones.
• Shape the future of VR/AI enterprise training across Europe and beyond.
