1. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate existing customer base and acquire new customers;

2. Prepare commercial offers, including technical, financial, and legal risk assessment, with the support of the Proposal/Engineering team;

3. Conduct technical presentations of company products;

4. Reach yearly orders target as set at the beginning of the fiscal year;

5. Update project status in the ERP system (Sales Force) independently;

6. Plan and implement monthly and quarterly sales targets;

7. Interact with project managers to control obligation fulfillment to customers according to schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Higher technical specialized education;

* At least 3-5 years' experience in sales of Medium Voltage Systems (Motors + Drives);

* Proven ability to search for new customers and increase sales;

* Excellent understanding of economics, finance, business processes, and contractual terms and conditions;

* Personal qualities: responsibility, organization, organizational skills, resistance to stress, decisiveness;

* Very fluent English language skills.
