Role Description
We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing sales activities in the central-south regions of Italy. Day-to-day tasks include :
developing sales strategies
identifying new business opportunities
building new clients relationships
maintaining and reinforce existing client relationships
achieving sales targets
The role is perfomed in a hybrid setting: work can be done partially from home and partially out visiting the clients in the assigned area. It is necessary to be located in or near Rome because most of the visits will be performed in this area. Candidates coming from outside Rome region will not be considered.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the digital technology industry, with demonstrable success in the role
Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales
Knowledge of Omnichannel Contact Center and Customer Relationship Management platforms
Fluency in Italian and English
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
Skills required for the role

Ability to work independently and remotely
Ability to keep track and analyze market and performance trends and results
