Manage and further develop sales performance and profitability within the Paper & Board market
Commercial responsibility area: Italy
Report directly to the Director of Sales, Paper & Board Central and Eastern Europe
Provide direct, professional, and customer‑focused consulting and service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Support and participate in customer visits, laboratory tests, and industrial trials in close collaboration with Omya Group Technical Services and Omya’s Principals
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all commercial activities
Actively learn and extensively use CRM tools (Salesforce) in daily operations
Support market surveys and market analysis initiatives
Monitor competitor activities and market developments
Requirements
Technical Degree in Chemistry / Engineering
2-4 years working experience in the Paper & Board industry, ideally in a process/R&D; position in a mill producing packaging paper or board
Commercial mindset
High self-motivation
High sense of Responsibility
Health & Safety oriented
Willingness to travel (min. 60% of working time)
Good communication xlwpduy skills
Languages: Italianlanguage (as mother tongue) and English (good)
Good knowledge of main IT tools (MS Office)
